VARIETAL: 75% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 5% Carignan, 5% Mourvedre

AGEING: Traditional vinification in thermo regulated vats. 100% destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation at 25 degrees celcius, daily reassembly with a maceration of 10 days, aging in underground concrete tanks of 8 to 10 months. Ageing about 2 to 3 years

Tasting Notes

A beautiful ruby colour develops a delicate nose of red fruit with hint of forest fruit (wild blackberry). We find in the mouth berries of the forest in a generous and balanced decor with a nice roundness and hint of spice at the final.
