Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. 
Damaged items that being informed after an hour from the time where the items is delivered will not be eligible for refund. 

Shipping Cost 
For returns due to damage or wrong items receive, return shipping is covered by the seller. For other returns, the customer may need to cover the shipping costs.

Refunds
If refunds is approved, you’ll be contact by our team for your preferred refund channel. Otherwise, it will automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
