Tasting Notes

Frank red colour with cherry reflections. Aromas of red fruits, dried fig, garrigue and vanilla. Elegant structure, supple mouth and finely tannic. To drink over the next 5 years, to combine with a cod brandade or a leg of lamb with rosemary.
