Clean, bright, medium robe developing to ruby. Nose: Intense and sweet hints, marked by barrel notes. Well-integrated aromas of the fruits and the barrel. Very frutal, red and black fruits notes. Tasting: Elegant on the palate, very balanced. Round tannins and homogeneous. Finish: Long finish, warm sensations of the barrel.

It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms rice. Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
