Clean, bright, straw yellow color. Aromas of great intensity, fruit and with a light floral and herbaceous notes in the background. Silky throughout its journey through the palate, elegant and balanced. Medium finish.
Sausage frankfurt. Stewed, baked or mashed potatoes. It combines very well with most fish, seafood and vegetables. Fondue, goat cheese or roquefort. Pasta with basil, béchamel, cheese.
