Clean, bright, cherry red colour developing to brick red. Medium depth. Complex and intense. Ripe fruits aromas. Subtle barrel notes and pleasant spicy notes, blond tobacco and cocoa. Fine, very elegant, homogeneous. Pleasant finish, dry wood notes and dried fruits.
It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms rice.Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
